I’ve lived in Thailand since 2001, mainly in Bangkok but splitting my time between there and my husband’s home province of Krabi where we own and operate an Organic Food cafe in Krabi. I’ve been studying Reformer Pilates on and off for the last 5 years, and consistently for the last year.
